Who We Are

Three Pillars Alliance Development (3PAD) is a Uganda-based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening vulnerable communities through education support, health-related financial protection, and financial inclusion. We work with communities and trusted partners to create practical solutions that expand opportunity, reduce vulnerability, and build long-term resilience.

Our work is guided by a simple belief: when families have access to education, protection from financial shocks, and opportunities for economic participation, communities become stronger and more sustainable.

Our Programs

We work through three interconnected pillars that help vulnerable households access opportunity, reduce risk, and build long-term resilience.

Education Support

We help vulnerable children stay in school through scholarships, scholastic materials, mentorship, and school support interventions that reduce financial barriers to learning.

Why Our Work Matters

Across Uganda, many families face daily challenges that affect their children’s education, their ability to cope with health costs, and their chances of building stable livelihoods. At 3PAD, we work to respond to these challenges through practical support, trusted partnerships, and community-based solutions.

Education Support in Uganda Still Matters.

Many children in Uganda are still at risk of missing school because families cannot afford basic school needs like fees, uniforms, books, transport, or other requirements. For vulnerable children, even small financial challenges can lead to absenteeism, poor performance, or dropping out of school.

Health Costs Can Push Families Deeper Into Poverty

When a family member becomes sick, many households are forced to pay directly for treatment. These health-related costs often lead to delayed care, debt, and financial stress. That is why community health protection and access to trusted financial protection options are so important for vulnerable families.

Financial Inclusion Creates Opportunity

Many vulnerable families still lack access to useful financial services, savings opportunities, and financial knowledge. Without these tools, it becomes harder to manage emergencies, plan for the future, or invest in livelihoods. Financial inclusion helps families build stability, confidence, and resilience over time.
